The College has successfully established the small scale pomegranate wine production process with the help of First Year B. Tech., Biotech. students under the guidance of Dr. M. B. Khetmalas, Director, Agri (Education), Agri. & Allied Colleges, Loni Madhukar Khetmalas

The culture was established by procuring the authentic strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae from National Collection of Industrial Microorganisms (NCIM), NCL, PUNE Maharashtra
